Cutting
A flexographic converting machine with
two in-line precision die cutting stations, lamination, slitting and
rewinding all in a high speed operation.
- Best used for kiss-cutting
on a roll.
- Outstanding when component registration is key to
automated application operations.
- Speeds can go as high as 300 feet
per minute.
- Dies can widely vary in cost by intricacy of
components, diameter size, air ejection, selected steel and tool
hardening. Well worth the investment on high volume production
components.
